Single slide plate type double working station screen changer
Single-plate hydraulic screen changer with double working positions

It consists of main body, sliding plate, heaters unit and hydraulic unit with accumulator. It is driven by hydraulic system, and the sliding plate carrying two pieces of breaker plates can move linearly in both directions to achieve screen changing process smoothly.
 

Features and advantages:

It is designed with leak proof sealing system, compatible with various extrusion production for most polymers at high pressure, temperature and production throughput.
Screen changing time is within 2 seconds and filtration area diameter ranges from Ф70-Ф400.
With highly precise design, the screen has very good abrasive resistant and high pressure performance, so as to ensure large effective filtering area and enhance filtering effect.
It works well even under the high temperature of 300℃and high pressure of 25-50Mpa.
Application:
Most thermoplastics extrusion process such as sheet, plate, pipe, film, blow film, wire, cable, profile, granulation and so on.
